Vishal is now doing Avan Ivan under Bala's direction. Shooting for the movie is going on at Vaththalagundu near Madurai.
Action scenes are organised by Super Subraayan. Bala noticed a particular scene as risky and advised Vishal to have a dupe to do that.
But Vishal was adament to perform that by himself.
According to the scene Vishal has to punch at the Villain. As Vishal's aim missed, instead of punching at the villain, he punched some other thing causing severe injuries in his shoulder!
Vishal was immediately rushed to a local hospital and from there rushed to Chennai for getting better treatment.
