An advocate of the first husband of actor Vanitha Vijayakumar filed a police complaint alleging that she and two others pushed him down the stairs in the Madras High Court premises on Tuesday.
K.Sasikumar, one of the advocates representing Akash in the case against her in the family court and high court, said as he was coming out of court which heard the matter related to Akash's petition seeking permanent custody of his 8-year old son, he was forcibly pushed down the steps by Vanitha.
He also alleged that she used filthy words against him and threatened to kill him in the court premises.
Vanitha had moved the court seeking custody of her son Vijay Sri Hari, who is with his father Akash at present.
