Sources say child-artist-turned heroine Hansika, who appeared in a number of Tamil, Telugu, Hindi and Kannada films, will act in the sequel of Bollywood blockbuster Murder, which starred Mallika Sherawat in a sizzling and romantic role.
Hansika would romance Emraan Hasmi in the sequel, titled Murder 2. However, an official announcement is yet to be made. Notably, this is not the first time Hansika is acting in a Bollywood film. Earlier, she acted in Aap Ka Surror and Money Hai Toh Honey Hai.
Hansika is currently working for two Telugu films: Ram starrer Kandireega and Nara Rohit’s untitled film, directed by Prakash Tholethi. Her ongoing Tamil films are Engeyum Kaadhal opposite Jayam Ravi, Mappillai opposite Dhanush and Velayudham opposite Vijay. She was recently signed as heroine for Oru Kal Oru Kannadi opposite Karunanidhi’s grandson Udayanidhi Stalin in his debut role as hero.
