Pooja has denied rumours which appeared in a section of the press that she is getting married and is in a hurry to complete whatever pending projects she has on hand. Pooja, who was seen in a brief yet forceful role of a teacher in last year’s Sudha-directed ‘Drohi’, is somewhat miffed at the rumours of her marriage.
Reports said that Pooja declined the offer to act in a ‘mega-serial’ on a leading regional channel citing reasons of her impending marriage. While denying this, Pooja also revealed another facet of hers, largely alien to actress. The MBA graduate that she is, she is said to be working full-time as an Officer for a leading Company in Bangalore.
It’s this professional commitment that has come in the way of Pooja taking up serial and even film offers. The genial Pooja, however, concedes that her parents are indeed on the look-out for a suitable bridegroom for her.
