Gautham Menon's Photon Kathaas is back with their next production venture Veppam, written and directed by Anjana. Music composed by Joshua Sridhar of Kadhal fame was released in Chennai yesterday. Music director Joshua appreciated Na. Muthukumar for his wonderful lyrics. At the audio launch, Suhasini Mani Ratnam appreciated the efforts of Gautham Menon and Anjana. Vivek was also one of the celebrities who attended.
Om Prakash handles the camera while Vijay Anthony is the editor. Reportedly Veppam is set in a realistic milieu and its tone is raw and earthy. This intense, hard-hitting film is about life in the slums of Chennai.
