Hansika Motwani is rumored to be Udayanidhi’s leading lady in Nanbenda, to be directed by Rajesh. Trisha and Shruti Haasan were the initial choices for the role but they could not be signed up as both of them have their hands full with various projects lined up.
Finally, the handsome producer, Udayanidhi, who will be making his debut as hero in Nanbenda, decided on Hansika, it is said. According to sources, director Rajesh was set on having a heroine with north Indian looks and felt Hansika will fit the role.
The shooting of Nanbenda is slated to begin soon, we hear.
