Director Vijay (in pic) is starting the last schedule of his Deiva Magan featuring Vikram, Anushka and Amala Paul in Ooty from February 2.
The film is said to be inspired from Sean Penn's I am Sam, though Vijay vehemently denies it and says- "It is based on love and relationships".
The first major portion of Deiva Magan also took part in Ooty. In the film Vikram plays a mentally challenged man, fighting for the custody of his son, the legal heir to the vast fortunes of his wife (Amala Paul) who had passed away.
Anushka plays a lawyer fighting Vikram's case.
After this schedule in Ooty, nearly 90 percent of the film will be over.
Deiva Magan is produced by Mohan Natrajan and is scheduled to release as Vikram's summer release in May.
