Not many know that Sneha is playing a crucial role in 'Ponnar Sankar', Prashanth's comeback movie which has script by Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M Karunanidhi.
Here we tell you one more thing- that the actress is doing the role of the protagonist's (Prashanth) sister in the film, directed and produced by the actor's father Thyagarajan.It is to be noted here that Sneha started her career in the tinsel town by playing Prashanth's love interest in 'Virumbugiren'. A few years after that, she once again shared the screen space with the actor in 'Ayudham'.
Sources close to the unit say Sneha's act in 'Ponnar Sankar' is not the usual sister role one would associate with a Tamil film. "It comes with a difference and has got ample importance. Hence the actress accepted the offer," they say.
