Superstar Rajinikanth has written a four-page letter to his fans that he is doing good and has thanked them for their prayers for his speedy recovery. In his letter, he has also said that he is raring to start his upcoming multilingual film Rana.
The rumours related to Rana being dropped started doing rounds after the superstar was taken to Singapore following his ill health. For the first time after falling ill, the superstar came out to clarify the rumours pertaining to Rana being shelved. “My duty is to make you happy. Soon, I will act in Rana and make you happy”, the Times of India quoted the actor as saying.
Dhanush, the son-in-law of Rajinikanth, has said that the superstar has recovered and is keen to start his next project. His family is moved by the fans' love and they are obligated to them.
Rajinikanth starrer Rana also features Deepika Padukone in one of the female lead roles in the film. The movie is directed by KS Ravikumar and jointly produced by Soundarya Rajinikanth and Eros International. Oscar Award winner AR Rahman will score the music for the film and Rathnavelu will handle the camera.
