Salman Khan charms in Chennai

The audio launch of Markendeyan produced and directed by stunt choreographer FEFSI Vijayan, was a grand affair.


He managed to rope in Bollywood’s numero uno star Salman Khan, for the audio launch of his son Sabarish's debut film.

The launch was held at PVR Cinema on Wednesday (June 15) evening.

Salman Khan was the chief guest at the function, in which Ilayathalapathy Vijay too was present. Shriya Saran provided the glamour to the event.

The others present were Jayam Ravi, MS Bhaskar, Sri Hari, VC Guhanathan and directors KS Ravikumar, Mysskin, Dharani, Seeman, Sargunan and others

Salman was the cynosure of all eyes and girls present at the event were swooning seeing him. The hot and happening superstar's Ready which had released last week was making box-office history.

To make it more dramatic Salman, flew in on a chartered flight from Chandigarh where he was shooting for his new Siddique directed Bodyguard, a remake of Vijay's Kaavalan.

The slick trailer of the action packed Markandeyan along with three songs from the film which stars Sabarish, Pinky a girl from Thailand who is playing heroine and villain Telugu actor Sri Hari was screened for Salman and others. The film has good music by Sundar C Babu who was also present on the occasion.

Salman Khan in his speech praised "FEFSI Vijayan Master and his style of choreographing action scenes”. Remember Salman’s two big hits Wanted and Dabangg had spectacular action scenes choreographed by Vijayan. He also went out of the way to praise Sabarish and called him “Little Master."

Salman concluded by saying: " I wish little master kicks everybody and hope he becomes a big star. Seeing the trailer and songs, I'm impressed with him".
