Lingusamy's Vettai, which has Madhavan, Arya, Amala Paul and Sameera Reddy in the lead roles, will be now dubbed and released in Hindi. Considering Madhavan's popularity in the North, the producers decided to release this action entertainer in B town too.

Vettai to be changes hands
Fresh after the success of Boss Engira Baskaran Arya signed on to do Lingusamy’s Vettai to be produced by Dayanadhi Alagiri’s Cloud Nine Movies. Madhavan has also committed to this project and it is expected to be an entertaining, multi – starrer. Cloud Nine Movies however have dropped Vettai as they have their hands full with ongoing films and will not be able to do justice to this project.

Arya next project Mugamudi Dropped
After the lukewarm response to director Mysskin's latest venture Yuddham Sei, Lingusamy and his production house Thirupathi Brothers has decided to back out from their next project Mugamudi. Arya, who was signed to play a lead role in Mugamudi, will now work with Mynaa famed director Prabhu Solomon.

Udayanidhi’s failed plan for Manmadhan Ambu
Red Giant Movies’ Udayanidhi Stalin wanted to release Manmadhan Ambu as a trilingual but his plans have gone in vain. Recent reports from Kollywood state that the Telugu rights have been obtained by Lakshmi Ganapathi Films but the producer could not strike a better deal for the Telugu version.
