Sneha Ullal, who was to star opposite Simbu in Vaanam, has been replaced with Jasmine, a model from Delhi. Sneha had started shooting for Vaanam, but is heard that she became unwell during the schedule. And later, she could not provide dates to shoot the portions and had to be replaced.
Simbu has started shooting with Jasmine and the movie, which is the remake of the Telugu hit Vedam, will hit screens in April 2011.
