Kiruthiga Udayanidhi, wife of leading producer Udayanidhi Stalin of Red Giants, won the Best Director award for directing the short film titled Life.
According to a press release, "the jury of International Cinema Festival of India, Jaipur has through a verbal confirmation informed us that Mrs. Kiruthiga Udhayanidhi, has won the Worldwood International Category (Short Film & Documentary) - Best Director Award for her short film Life".
There were a total of 600 entries out of which there were 100 feature and 500 Short & Documentary films from 13 countries.
