The launch of a Rajni film always makes headlines unfailingly. However, news about the superstar’s upcoming project titled ‘Raana’ has been changing in the press every now and then, leaving the viewers searching for what would be the correct version.
With Bollywood’s Deepika Padukone certain to play the role of one of the three heroines opposite Rajni, the rest of the slots are up for the grabs, it was reported some time back. Last fortnight’s reports said Trisha would surely be one of the heroines, as she had been time and again expressed her desire to pair up the superstar at least in one of his movies.
Last week, it was rumoured that Asin and Anoushka would take the place of the two other heroines in the film. It was then followed by reports which said that some Tamil movements have asked superstar Rajni not to pair up opposite Asin (for her visit to Lanka last year). It was also said that Anoushka had committed herself to a film with Kamal and may not be available for Rajni’s ‘Raana’.
Of course, with Bollywood’s Sonakshi Sinha having been finalized for Kamal’s film, Anoushka might have a change of heart, it looks like. It is in this backdrop that Sneha’s name is being mentioned as a ‘possible replacement’ in Asin’s place or Anoushka’s place. Despite her decade-long stint in the industry, Sneha hasn’t had the chance pair up opposite Rajni and this could be her elusive big break, if it comes about!
