Rajinikanth is putting his efforts for his next film Rana. After involving in the cast and crew selection of the film, now, he has started preparing for his character. Yes, the superstar is upgrading his sword skills in an undisclosed place.
Rajinikanth is reportedly learning the art of the sword for one of his characters in Rana. The actor, who had done such roles in Alavudheenum Arputha Vilakkum and Adutha Varisu, wants to give it a realistic touch to the character. So, he is getting trained under a skilled swordsman, says a source.
KS Ravi Kumar's latest directorial venture Rana will kick-start in April 2011. The first schedule is said to be starting in London. The movie features Deepika Padukone, Vidya Balan and Rekha in the female leads. Soundarya Rajinikanth is jointly producing the movie with Eros International. Oscar award winner AR Rahman will score the music and Ratnavelu will handle the camera and Charles Darby will be the technical director of the film.
