It looks like Kamal Haasan’s heroine hunt is still going on for his Viswaroopam.
The film is said to be an action packed thriller, where Kamal plays a police officer assigned to infiltrate into a terrorist organisation.
The heroine is said to be a crucial aspect as the character is said to be a “double agent”.
First it was said that Sonakshi Sinha would be the heroine but she backed out after delay in starting the film. Next some Bollywood heroines were bandied about, but nothing came about it.
Latest heroine who has been shortlisted is Sameera Reddy. However, sources say that others are still being considered for the pivotal heroine role.
Meanwhile shooting of the film has started on sets put up in a private engineering college on the ECR. Scenes between Kamal and Rahul Bose playing the terrorist leader are being shot.
