Thala Ajith will be entertaining his fans from May 1st, 2011, as the star’s “Mankatha” will be hitting screens on the said date. The movie which has actress Trisha in lead, is getting filmed, at various placed in Chennai and will be 50th film of Ajith.
The cloud nine productions is financing the movie and the movie features actor arjun and Lakshmi Rai in lead as well. ‘Mankatha’ is a multi starrer movie which is being directed by Venkat Prabhu. Actress Anjali will be seen in a surprise character in this film and the movie is said to have a highlight of Yuvan Shanker raja’s music.
The intro song was filmed in Bangkok and the movie shoot is expected to be wrapped up by March second week. Then afterwards, the movie will release on May 1st, 2011 in around 750 screens.
It can be noted that May 1st, happens to be Thala Ajith’s birthday and so he is gifting his fans ‘Mankatha’ on his birthday.
