Multi starrer Tamil film ‘Vaanam’ will be hitting screens on February 14th , this year. The movie features actor Silambarasan, Bharath, Sneha Ullal and Vega in lead. A special cameo will be done by Anushka in this movie.
‘Vaanam’ is a remake of Telugu super hit ‘vedam’. The same Telugu director Krish is also carving the Tamil version as well. Actress Vega will be paired opposite to actor Bharath in this movie and will be playing the role, which lekha Washington played in the original.
Vega will be seen in the role of Lasya, who is a modernized girl with latest thinking and a tomboyish attitude. Lasya plays the role of a rocker and the movie demands Vega in a character, who loves rock music from an early age.
Vega hopes that her lasya character will earn her great reputation in Kollywood. Previously Vega was seen in ‘Saroja’ and ‘Pasanga’ and she hopes for the best from “Vaanam” as well.
In confirmation tone, actor Bharath is said to be clarifying to the media that he has no problem with actor Simbhu and shares a special and friendly rapport with him
