Since Thilakan has been banned to act in Malayalam films, he is acting in the stage plays. Now he will be acting in Tamil films.
Thilakan is a popular Malayalam actor who had donned villain and character roles. He has received almost all the prestigious awards including National Award, Padmashree Award and Filmfare Awards.
Since he was functioning against the Malayalam Film Actors Association, he was banned in Malayalam films. Because of this he was acting in the stage plays. Now at this point of time he has been signed to do the villain role in a Tamil film. He is donning the villain role in the film Uyirin Edai 21 Ayiri. E S Indrajith is donning the lead role. He is also in charge of story, screenplay, music and direction.
Indrajith while speaking about this film said,” In 1907,Dr Duncan MacDougal of Haverhill, Massachusetts made an experiment that how much would a life weigh. He also proved that after death a person’s weight is less than 21 grams.
That is the weight of the life. I have included this in the story. Thilakan is donning the role of a don and I am donning the role of his bodyguard and henchman.
