Producer Nazir could not release his Vimal- Sanusha starrer Ethan, which was due for release today
(May 20).
Late yesterday evening the decision was taken as the producer could not cough up the money required to be paid to his financiers and also settle old dues.
The irony of it is that Nazir is facing the same problem that his hero character faces in Ethan!
The film directed by debutant L Suresh, is about a person who is a habitual borrower.
Even as he is stuck deep in a financial mess, he comes up with solutions to get out of difficult situations.
Let us hope Nazir comes out of his financial problems and is able to release Ethan at the earliest.
As of now the film has been postponed to next Friday (may 27).
