DMDK president and former South Indian Film Artistes Association president Vijayakanth called on Superstar Rajinikanth at the Sri Ramachandra Medical Centre in Porur near Chennai on Thursday.
Vijayakanth enquired about the Rajnikanth's health condition.
Emerging out of the hospital, he said, ' Rajinikanth was sleeping and was taking rest. I didn't want to disturb. He is recovering well'.
Meanwhile a hospital bulletin said, ' Rajnikanth is being attended by doctors and he recovering fast. He is normal and was eating on his own'.
