Karthi is Siruthai music launch on December 19

After the roaring success of Naan Mahaan Alla, Karthi is currently busy with his next film Siruthai, which is expected to grace theatres for Pongal 2011.


Music composed by Vidyasagar will be launched under Venus Music label in Chennai on December 19. Siruthai is directed by Tollywood filmmaker Shiva and K.E. Gnanavelraja of Studio Green is producing it.

Siruthai is the remake of Telugu hit Vikramakudu starring Ravi Teja and Anushka. For the first time Karthi will play a dual role (a police officer and a thief) in the film. Tamannaah is the female lead. According to Karthi, he will be spewing punch dialogues for the first time in his career.
