The New Year's Eve party hosted by director Mani Ratnam witnessed a veritable galaxy of stars coming together to ring in the new decade in absolute 'filmy' style.
From Mollywood bigwigs like Mohanlal, who made one of those 'oh-so-rare' appearances at social do's to friends Priyadarshan and Lissy who gladly posed for the shutterbugs, the party seemed alive and kicking with film fever. Actors from both the silver screen and the small screen made it a point to be present at the annual get-together, which is said to be a melting pot of some of the most high flying names in the southern film entertainment industry today. Catching up with each other over a drink and indulging in some quick banter, the attendees welcomed the New Year, in a way best known to them.
