Ananya made her debut through the film Nadodigal. The film Seedan in which she paired with Dhanush has been released today. Director Subramaniam Shiva said that Ananya had given him a lot of trouble without cooperating with him.
He while speaking to the media said," The film Seedan has come out well. The Censor Board members themselves have appreciated this film. The heroine Ananya has acted well. But with regard to her make up she did not cooperate with us. Because of this we had different of opinion.
Ananya donned the role of a maid servant. So I advised her that her face should not look bright. But she did not accept this. Because of this there was quarrel between us throughout the shooting of the film. There was terrible dispute between us. After the shooting was over Ananya saw the film. Her acting was excellent. She apologized for giving us trouble during the shooting."
