Vega, the stylish girl who debuted in Venkatprabhu’s ‘Saroja’ a few years back and then went on to star in an important role in director Pandiraj’s award-winning film ‘Pasanga’, is presently playing Bharat’s heroine in the upcoming film ‘Vaanam’, a remake of the Telugu superhit film ‘Vedam’, which also stars Simbu and Anoushka in lead roles.

Vega, who has an infectious toothy smile, says that she is yearning to become a pilot and that’s one of the many reasons she has been consciously avoiding signing up new films. Despite her urban upbringing, she managed to earn appreciation for the village belle’s role she played in Pandiraj’s ‘Pasanga’.

The talented Vega wasn’t flooded with film offers despite ‘Pasanga’ garnering attention and winning many awards. Incidentally, ‘Vaanam’ happens to be her only project in Tamil. Vega has said that she has decided to pursue her childhood dreams of becoming a pilot who can single-handedly handle any kind of aircraft.

She is already undergoing training to realize the dream, she reveals. The frank Vega also informs that in case she doesn’t manage to get enough number of film offers even after completing her pilot training, she would never turn towards films and fulfill her ambition of becoming a pilot.

Let’s with the ‘high-flying’ Vega all the luck she truly deserves!
