One of the most talked about Tamil film in recent times, Aaranya Kandam is finally releasing on June 10.
The film had won Grand Jury Award for Best Film, at the prestigious New York International Film Festival.
The film written and directed by newcomer Thiagarajan Kumararaja, is produced by SPB Charan's Capital Film Works.
It stars Jackie Shroff, along with Ravi Krishna, Sampath Raj and debutante Yasmin Ponnappa and has music scored by Yuvan Shankar Raja.
The film was initially rejected by the Chennai regional censors.
It was butchered by the censors and given an 'A' certificate and SPB Charan went to the tribunal and got it cleared with some minor cuts.
